What we collect
When you submit an enquiry, demo request, or franchise form, we collect the details you provide — your name, mobile number, and any optional email, city, program of interest, preferred mode, and message. We also record which page the enquiry came from and, where present, the campaign parameters (UTM) and referring site, so our counsellor can follow up with the right context.
How we use it
We use your details only to contact you about GOATAI Learning programs — to call or message you, answer your questions, and arrange a demo or counselling session. We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.
How your enquiry reaches us
Form submissions are delivered to us by email through EmailJS, a third-party email delivery service. Your details pass through their systems only to reach our inbox.
Analytics
We record anonymous, aggregate usage events (for example, that a form was submitted or a call button was tapped) to understand which pages help visitors most. These events do not include your name or contact details.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond to you and support your admission. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by reaching out on the details below. Providing your details is voluntary; the only required field is a mobile number so we can call you back.
